Des H Rikhotso founded The HDR Group of Companies in 2003 and currently serves as Chairman and Managing Director.
He is a Global/International Sales, Marketing & Business Professional with more than 20 Years Management Experience in the Corporate Sector as well as the Business Ownership management (entrepreneurship) sector. He gained this experience within the Southern African and Sub-Sahara African (Export) business landscapes. He previously served in Middle, Senior and Executive Management Positions with leading Multi-National Companies (MNC's) as well as Southern African Regional and Domestic based Corporate Companies (BMW SA, VW SA, Peugeot SA, Uniplate Group, Lexus SA and Nissan Group of Africa).
He is former founding Executive Director of Masana Automotive Retail Holdings (Pty) Ltd and a former Board Member at Uniplate Group. He also currently serves as Director of Va Nkuna Motor City Holdings (Pty) Ltd and Founding Trustee of The HDR Family Trust.
